T.O.S Commissions and ych
The following terms help define the relationship between you and us, so, please read the following before contacting us regarding a commission.Please notice that most services offered here are mostly adult-oriented art, those not being suited for anyone under 18+.By commissioning me you AGREE to all of the following terms and conditions.
General Terms
1 - Eligibility
By contacting us referring to a commission you represent and warrant to us that:(a) you are an individual who can form a legally binding contract at law; and(b) you are at least 18 years old, and of the age of majority in the jurisdiction from which you contact us.
2 - Minors
We do not provide services to minors.
You must be at least 18 or over to request a commission from us.
3 - Commission Processes
Contact us at one of those respective places to talk about a commission:
If we accept your request, we will proceed to the payment that has to be made in full amount before we start the commission, after the payment confirmation we will place you on our queue.
Our queue can be found at Trello, on the moment we have a free space in our queue between approvals we will proceed to the first step.
Step 1 - SKETCH: We will produce a sketch for your approval, being allowed up to 3 changes to fit it in your vision. Depending on the complexity of the change an extra fee may be applied, so try to be assertive while explaining what you want. The moment the sketch is approved we go to the next step.
Step 2 - REVISION STEP: In this step, we will update you on the art as it is getting the first line of finalization, here you can follow up and if necessary present small changes to the colors, any other modification can be followed by an extra fee depending on the complexity.
Step 3 - FINALIZATION: After approving step 2 we start the finalization in this step we do not allow any modification, for any change in this step there will be charged an extra fee.
When completed, we will forward the final files to you.
4 - YCH
Be aware that a YCH is an already planned commission where your character will be on a pre-established pose/situation, here you cant make big changes, only small adjustments, any alteration that represents big modifications will be followed by an extra fee.The YCH follows the same steps as other commissions.
5 - Payment
Payments need to be made fully in advance, we don’t work whit half payment, only full deposits.
The payment method is Paypal only
Refunds will only be accepted BEFORE THE SKETCH. After that, no refund will be available.
Prices include 3 revisions during the sketch phase. Any major changes after that will be charged extra
6 - Cancelation
In cases of cancelation by the buyer's part:
Before the sketch, we will refund you but the Paypal's tax will be discounted.
After the sketch phase, no refund is possible.
We reserve ourselves the right to make changes to the art so it loses its connection to the buyer, this way helping us to not lose already done work.
In cases of cancelation on our part:
If we cancel for personal reasons, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid so far.
If we are forced to cancel due to unpleasant customer behavior, no refund will be made. We will not tolerate coercion or harassment from customers under any circumstances.
7 - Use of Commissions
The commissions will be for PERSONAL USE ONLY unless previously specified.
In the case the work is for commercial use, there will be an extra charge.
Crediting us as the creator is not required, but is appreciated!

T.O.S of Adoptables
The following terms help define the relationship between you and us, so, please read the following before claiming one of my adoptables.By claiming one of my adoptables you AGREE to all of the following terms and conditions.
General Terms
1 - Purchasing
We accept USD through PAYPAL only.
NO REFUNDS - Be aware that we do not provide refunds for adoptables.
NO SWAPPING AFTER PAYMENT
Once payment has been sent, you cannot change your mind over the adoptable you want.
Once you have purchased an adoptable, you cannot 'swap' it with another one in my gallery, even if they have the same price.
CLAIMING AN ADOPTABLE- Claim properly to start the adoption. 'I'll take him/her', 'I want to buy him/her', 'Can I have them?' are examples of acceptable claims. 'I'd really like him/her', 'Mine' and/or inquiries about price/status/etc are not acceptable claims. A claim starts when I have received a clear intention of purchase.
2 - Re-Selling
Reselling must not be at a higher price than what was paid for it in the beginning, unless extra art is present.
When re-selling, the old owner must warn the new one to contact me so I can change the character's status description.
When re-selling a CS, you must alert the new buyer of the character's status.
If you purchased a character that has an unwatermarked/higher resolution version and you decide to re-sell it, it is your responsibility to deliver such file to the new adopter.
Re-sold designs will not be eligible for commercial use. (Personal use in novels/comics/etc is fine, mass production is not)
3 - Can Do
You MAY use the adoptable only for personal use.
Commissioning other artists to create images, sculptures, plushies, etc. of adoptable designs is perfectly fine, as long it isn’t for profit.
Gift, trade or re-sell.
You can edit the OC design, but as long as it does not leave it unrecognizable.Feel free to change species, swap gender, add wings / tail / whatever, but keep the original colors, patterns and body shape.
Buyers may resell my designs, but only at the price they paid plus the price of any additional artwork they have commissioned of the design.
4 - Things You Can't Do
Claim that you created the original design.
You cant make changes directly to the original artwork, but feel free to commission any artist to make new arts based on this one,
You MAY NOT use the adoptable for commercial use, except you bought the commercial or Full Owner Rights.
You CAN'T use the adopt to re-color / trace.
Do not use our design to create new adoptables for sale
Designs are not to be used in narratives that will be published and sold, unless I explicitly grant permission (if you want to, simply ask me and we can talk about it).
5 - Auctions
Do not bid if you are not sure if want the adopt or if you don't have enough money.
Do not cancel, edit, hide, delete your comment.
The bid from less than a 3-month user may be rejected after account inspection (if that’s the case we will inform the user).
Payment must be sent within 48 hours, if payment isn’t made within the time frame we understand that the buyer has withdrawn on the purchase.
